比利时恐袭发生后，科技公司与运营商纷纷伸出援手
但还是希望使用这些服务的机会越少越好
比利时首都布鲁塞尔发生机场地铁连环爆炸袭击后，当地移动运营商 Telenet、美国主流运营商以及 Facebook、Twitter 等社交媒体成为了救急工具，在危急时刻帮助受害者及其家属，在他们之间搭起沟通报平安的桥梁。
恐袭发生后，Facebook 很快就激活了报平安工具「平安信使」，处于危及区域的人们通过简单操作就能向家人、朋友报平安，帮助人们保持联系。另一方面，比利时政府也通过 Twitter 第一时间向大众公布事件的最新进展。
其实早在 2014 年 10 月尼泊尔地震发生时，Facebook 就已经推出了该工具。而去年 11 月巴黎遭遇恐怖袭击时，Facebook 也第一时间激活了该工具。值得一提的是，Google 也在尼泊尔地震时为当地提供了全方位的帮助，包括在地图上标注城市的损毁信息以及发布寻人请求等，使用 Google 的即时通讯软件 Hangouts（环聊）可向法国免费拨打国际长途电话。
不难看出，科技互联网产品在危急时刻的作用也是不容小觑的。
爆炸袭击发生后，比利时移动通讯运营商 Telenet 也迅速向公众免费开放 Wi-Fi 热点，而美国的主流运营商也加入到支持救援的队伍当中。AT&T、Sprint、Verizon 和 T-Mobile 表示，将不收取从美国打往比利时的国际长途电话和短信的费用，其中 Verizon 表示免费时间将持续至 3 月 23 日，而 Sprint 的则是截止至 3 月的最后一天，其它运营商如 T-Mobile 和 Verizon 也向前段时间也遭到恐怖袭击的土耳其开放了免费通话服务。
Facebook、Twitter、Google 以及在此次事件中支持救援的通讯运营商做出的行动值得肯定，不过我们还是希望以后用到这些工具、服务的机会越少越好。
